PHC Service Facebook Competition Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility:
- The competition is open to residents of Kent, Essex, South East London, Surrey and East Sussex aged 18 and above. Excludes employees of PHC Service and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- How to Enter:
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- To enter, participants must like the post and accept an invite to the PHC Service Facebook page.
- Competition Period:
- The competition closes on 01/07/24. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
- Prize:
- The prize is a free in-home vacuum service by PHC Service.
- If the winner resides in an area not covered by PHC Service, a cash prize of £100 will be provided instead.
- The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for any other form of compensation.
- Any additional expenses incurred in claiming the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Winner Selection:
- Only one winner will be chosen at random from all entries received.
- The winner will be notified via Facebook within 15 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Publicity:
- By entering this competition, participants agree to allow PHC Service to use their name and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
- Privacy:
- Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with PHC Service’s privacy policy.
- Disqualification:
- PHC Service reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it considers in its sole discretion to be inappropriate, offensive, or contrary to the spirit of the competition.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- PHC Service reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by PHC Service.
- Agreement to Terms:
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
