I have been using PHC for servicing my Dyson since 2021. Last year, I signed up for the service plan, and I have been extremely pleased with their work. They come every year, and Jack has been the one to service my Hoover for the past three years. My Hoover always looks immaculate afterwards, and he does such a professional job. All parts are included with the service plan, so when I needed to replace the hose on my Hoover, it was done at no additional cost. What more could you ask for?
